We're going to back to where it all began; with the first four Magic Tree House books. Whether you've experienced these books before or not, there is always something new and exciting to learn!
Climb aboard the Magic Tree House and take a trip through time and around the world! Join our heroes Jack & Annie as they discover dinosaurs, knights, mummies and even pirates! Students will join in a short guided summary and discussion of each book and then explore the culture, peoples, art, and time periods through in-class adventures, projects, and workshops with educational arts & crafts, musical exposure, science experiments, and much more... and with BYL's unique Leadership curriculum in the mix, your Young Leaders will flourish as they experience what an Adventure a book club can really be!
This class is the perfect class to inspire a Love of Learning & Reading!
On Friday, there will be a mini-showcase put on by students for their parents to experience the Book Club Fun in action!

Book #2: The Knight at Dawn (England during the middle ages)
Book #3: Mummies in the Morning (Ancient Egypt)
Book #4: Pirates Past Noon (Caribbean Sea with pirates)
Session #2:
Book #5: Night of the Ninjas (Ancient Japan)
Book #6: Afternoon on the Amazon (Amazon rainforest)
Book #7: Sunset of the Sabertooth (Ice Age)
Book #8: Midnight on the Moon (our very own moon!)
